Overview
Thank you for shopping with CrewKits. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
United Kingdom All UK orders are delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch. We deliver to all addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
International We ship globally. International orders are delivered within 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Timeframes may vary depending on destination country, local customs, and carrier availability.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
- During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking as standard. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. Customs delays are outside our control and are not included in estimated delivery timeframes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply on qualifying orders—check our current promotions for details.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will hold your parcel at a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed collection, or refused delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
